These convection trays, used with a roasting trivet*, instantly transform your Weber Q from direct grilling mode to indirect cooking mode. The design of the BBQ convection trays, with the trivet* placed on top, allows for heat to circulate evenly around the food. Fats and juices fall onto the tray during cooking, and create smoke and flavour, whilst excess drippings are channelled away from the burner to prevent flare up. *Sold Separately
